Applications’ deadline closes 3 weeks prior to the Forum

Applications are subject to the approval of the organizers. Upon approval, payments should be
completed within 3 working days. Failure of payment results the immediate cancellation of a
registration

Registrations are not transferable and no refunds for cancelled registrations are accepted.

To access the venue, participants should present a valid ID document to the Secretariat of the
Forum.

Reduced registration fees require to email to the Organizers following data: a) Farmers: proof
of professional registration, b) Students: a valid academic ID, and c) Sponsors & partnered
organizations: the specific codes provided by the organizers.

Organizers reserve the right to amend the program, being not liable for cancellations of
speakers due to private reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.

Organizers accept no responsibility for statements made orally or in written form by any of the
speakers or delegates during the forum, including any copying, republication or redistribution
of such statements.

Participants accept, consent and authorize the organizers to freely take photos and make video
and voice recordings throughout the event. They furthermore agree to personally appear into the
aforementioned material for an unlimited amount of time, for either promotional or scientific
reasons.

Official language of the conference is Greek with simultaneous translation to/from English.
