B2B meetings explained

B2B meetings | how do they work?

A. What are the AgriBusiness Forum B2B Roundtables?

They are closed-based business meetings held in parallel with each AgriBusiness Forum conference. They are addressed exclusively to established companies (Vendors) and innovative SMEs, in order to paving paths for collaboration through presentation of solutions, proposals, and/or services.

B. What distinguishes the AgriBusiness Forum B2B Roundtables?

Unlike any other existing format, the AgriBusiness Forum has designed a highly structured and value-driven environment, eliminating the need for Vendors and SMEs to look for communication channels. How they work?

  • Each B2B roundtable focuses on a single, dedicated theme, with a total duration of 180 minutes
  • Each theme is divided into 2 sessions of 90 minutes each
  • During the 1st session, Vendors present to SMEs their services, solutions, proposals, requirements, and prerequisites, and is concluded by a Q&A session and open discussion lasting 15–20 minutes
  • During the 2nd session, Vendors meet one-to-one with SMEs in targeted bilateral meetings, discussing topics and proposals of direct and mutual interest (each meeting lasting up to 10 minutes)

C. Who can participate in the 2026 B2B Roundtables?

    • As Vendors: Banks, Business & Management Consultants, Insurance Companies, Venture Capital Funds, Technology & Software Companies, Wholesalers, Incubators, Private Label COs, Food Industry Companies, Retailers (Supermarkets)
    • As SMEs: Cooperatives, Producers & Growers, Users of technology and business services, Spin-offs, Scale-ups, Processing, trading, packaging, and product promotion companies, Hotels & Delicatessen Businesses

D. Registration for participation

  • Participation in the B2B roundtables is subject to a registration fee.
  • Vendors may participate as B2B sponsors and/or conference sponsors.
  • SMEs may participate in the B2B roundtables and also attend the conference.

E. What are the visibility and networking opportunities?

    • Vendors participating in the B2B roundtables are offered a targeted sponsorship programme with 2 categories (Platinum, Gold), which -at a slightly additional cost- can be extended to the corresponding conference sponsorship categories. Sponsorships include up to 30 high-class benefits for event sponsors.
    • SMEs may choose between 2 participation categories (Advanced-basic), with significant visibility & networking opportunities. SME logos are promoted through the AgriBusiness Forum online channels.
