A. Arriving by airplane to Athens and then getting to Peloponnese

Athens is accessible by airplane from more than 130 countries and serves as the gateway to the amazing Greek islands and other mainland destinations. The award-winning Athens International Airport – AIA (Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport) is located about 30 km (18 miles) east of the city center. Buses leave Athens to Pyrgos every 3 hours from 7:30 to 19:00. Tickets & Schedules here

As soon as you arrive to Pyrgos, it is recommended to take a taxi to the venue (distance 12km, 15mins, est. cost 15-20€ one-way)

There are lot of rent a car companies offering low budget vehicles for getting to the venue. Total distance from Athens International airport is 330 klms (3h30mins). Google maps here

C. Letter of Invitation

Individuals need an official Letter of Invitation which can be requested upon registration to the forum. Such a Letter of Invitation shall be provided within a week of its request and following the payment of your registration. The Letter of Invitation does not financially commit the forum’s organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the participant / attendee.
