Being transparency among AgriBusiness Forum (herein after referred to as ABF) priorities, we would like herewith to clearly explain on how we collect and process your personal data about protecting your privacy upon using ABF products, services and website(s).
ABF is at the ownership and jurisdiction of Geo Routes Cultural Institute based in Athens-Greece (39, Aristotelous str. 10433) which only collects, uses, and processes your personal information in accordance with actual data protection legislation. This includes but not limited to, EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable national data protection legislation.
Your personal data are usually obtained directly from you. In this case, you provide your personal data on a voluntary basis. Specific cases of non-disclosure of personal data may affect the ability of ABF to properly provide services, or properly perform contractual obligations. ABF acts on behalf of its subscribers and other clients in the capacity of a data controller.
A) FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
ABF processes your personal data as needed for the following purposes:
Provision of services: this includes the delivery of digital content (legal basis: processing necessary for contractual performance or for the implementation of measures taken before a contract is concluded);
Processing payments: this includes the maintenance of payments, together with payment processors (legal basis: processing necessary for contractual performance);
Marketing activities: this includes the delivery of personalized content, targeting of advertising or the sending of newsletters (legal basis: legitimate interest);
Determination and enforcement of ABF ‘s legal claims (legal basis: legitimate interest);
Compliance with legislation: If necessary, ABF will ask you for permission to process your personal data.
B) WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Using the services provided by ABF may require the following data:
Name, surname, job title, company and industry;
Address, telephone number, mobile number and email;
Payment details (payment card information);
Your preferences and opinions on products and services;
Your browsing activity on our websites.
C) WHEN DO WE COLLECT DATA?
All data that we receive is obtained directly or indirectly from you when you choose to use our services. This includes the following situations:
When you subscribe to our newsletter;
When you pay for or use our services;
When you register to our events;
When you browse our website;
When you share content from our website; or
When you interact with us via social media platforms.
D) WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH
In order to provide you with the services you request, your personal data may be provided to:
Selected employees of ABF;
Service providers: those ensuring provision of the services provided by ABF, in particular software services providers, marketing providers, customer service providers, and distributors of marketing and other materials such as newsletters, including employees of such entities;
Tax advisors, professional advisors (e.g. auditors, lawyers), including employees of such entities;
Entities providing payment services;
Social media providers – using the services of ABF together with a social network may require ABF to share your personal data with social media providers.
E) INFORMATION WE DO NOT TRACK
We do not track or collect any sensitive information about you. This includes race, religion, ethnicity and political opinion.
F) HOW LONG ARE YOUR DATA RETAINED?
We keep your data for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing as defined above; however, this data will be erased, when you stop interacting with ABF (i.e. after delivery of a particular service, unless ABF has a legitimate interest in keeping the personal data longer (for example to protecting ABF’s legal claims). This would be the case if ABF had a legal obligation to keep your data for a longer period of time (eg. applicable accounting rules), or in cases where applicable law obliges us to keep such records for a longer period.
G) ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURED?
We store electronic and in some cases physical copies of your personal data. In accordance with best practices, we maintain security safeguards that protect your data. We strictly limit who is allowed to access the information and we keep this number to a minimum. In addition, we maintain physical and cyber safeguards, server protection devices and software to minimize possible loss, misuse, or alteration of your data.
Your personal data may be stored and processed in countries where ABF carries out business or where its service providers are located. These countries may apply different privacy rules than the European Union, or the European Economic Area (EEA). In this case(s) ABF puts in place appropriate contractual and other measures to protect your personal data when personal data are transferred to related parties or third parties located in other countries.
In the case of cross-border transmission of data from the EEA to countries where the European Commission recognizes an insufficient level of protection of personal data, the controller ensures that those data recipients are bound by EU standard contractual clauses to protect your personal data.
H) WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
Regarding your data, you have the following rights:
To request access in order to correct or delete your personal data, as well as to restrict its processing; however, your right to delete or restrict processing is applicable only if ABF is not required to process it on another legal basis (i.e. compliance with a legal obligation);
To object to the processing of your personal data processed with a legitimate interest, as well as against processing for marketing purposes.

The information that ABF is required to provide to you regarding the processing of your personal data may change over time or become outdated. For this reason, ABF reserves the right to modify and change these conditions at any time. These changes will be reflected in this statement, so you should check here regularly.

All AgriBusiness Forum participants, including speakers, panelists, delegates, subcontractors and staff, for attending the event, namely the Masterclass, the Challenge, the Conference and the Field Visits modules, they accept, agree and consent to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with those terms, please refrain from registering to the event without prior communication with the conference organizer.
All AgriBusiness Forum participants, including speakers, panelists, delegates, subcontractors, staff or else, they accept, agree and consent to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with those terms, please refrain from registering to the event.
- AgriBusiness Forum (herein after referred to as ABF) is to the ownership and jurisdiction of the nonprofit organization Geo Routes Cultural Institute (herein after referred to as Geo Routes).
- Participants acknowledge, agree and consent that during ABF there will be photo, video, audio and speaker’s presentations recordings by Geo Routes in the context of conference documentation.
- Participants are granting Geo Routes the right to make free use of the aforementioned content to its affiliated websites, including but not limited to balkansblackseaforum.org, www.geo-routes.com, www.agribusinessforum.org, the social media channels connected to those websites, as well as to its media and communication partners, the bodies, the institutions whoever related with ABF organization.
- Geo Routes is committed handling aforementioned content and data in a professional manner and solely in the context related to ABF. Any disagreement must be submitted in written prior registration to the email abf@geo-routes.com.
- ABF speakers, panelists and delegates are solely responsible for the material presented to the conference, also for the rights at using such material publicly. ABF has no responsibility for copyrighted or otherwise protected material presented by any person to the conference without the consent of the creator or rights holder.
- Geo Routes may prohibit the taking of photographs and/or the making of audio and video recordings by participants who have not received accreditation for such purpose. Only photographers / cameramen holding official accreditation are allowed to operate within ABF venue(s). Upon request, copy of any photographic material and/or audio and video recordings shall be provided to Geo Routes.
- Unless Participants expressly refuse consent in advance, they authorize, free of charge, Geo Routes and its partners to photograph and/or record the voice and image of the Participant(s), the stands or specific items displayed within stands, distribute photos and/or recordings to third parties and to communicate them to the public, in the whole world, which may be presented (in particular in the form of live or delayed broadcasting), reproduced without limit as to the number of reproductions and published, in the whole world, in any format, using any method or process known or unknown at this time, in whole or in part, on all tangible or intangible media known or unknown at this time, including, in particular, the internet (the websites of the Organizer and its partners and social networks), and on any other promotional or marketing tool it may use for information or promotional purposes.

Γενικοί Όροι Συνεδρίου
Τα παρακάτω ισχύουν για οιοδήποτε γεγονός αφορά στο AgriBusiness Forum, είτε διαδικτυακής ή υβριδικής μορφής, είτε δια της φυσικής παρουσίας προσώπων
Γενικοί Όροι συμμετοχής στο AgriBusiness Forum
Δήλωση εγγραφής στο AgriBusiness Forum (εφεξής ABF), προϋποθέτει την ανεπιφύλακτη αποδοχή των παρακάτω όρων συμμετοχής:
- H συμμετοχή στο συνέδριο είναι με κόστος εγγραφής και οι τιμές των συνεδριακών εγγραφών είναι σε ΕΥΡΩ και συμπεριλαμβάνουν τον αναλογούν ΦΠΑ.
- Εγγραφές γίνονται μόνο ηλεκτρονικά. Προφορικές, γραπτές ή τηλεφωνικές εγγραφές δεν γίνονται δεκτές.
- Κάθε εγγραφή παραμένει σε εκκρεμότητα μέχρι την γραπτή επιβεβαίωση των διοργανωτών που θα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα συμμετοχής του ενδιαφερομένου στις εργασίες του συνεδρίου.
- Μετά την γραπτή επιβεβαίωση των διοργανωτών, οι εγγραφές εξοφλούνται εντός 2 εργασίμων ημερών στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό που θα αναφέρεται στην σχετική αλληλογραφία. Μετά την παρέλευση του διαστήματος αυτού, κάθε μη εξοφλημένη εγγραφή
ακυρώνεται αυτομάτως. - Λόγω του ιού Covid-19, οι σύνεδροι ενδέχεται να υποβληθούν σε προληπτικό τεστ για την είσοδο τους στους χώρους του συνεδρίου.
- Οι εγγραφές δεν μεταβιβάζονται, ενώ σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης δεν γίνεται δεκτή η επιστροφή χρημάτων.
- Οι φοιτητές κατά την εγγραφή τους πρέπει να αποστείλουν ταυτόχρονα την ακαδημαϊκή τους ταυτότητα στο e-mail abf@geo-routes.com
- Οι εγγραφές με ιδιότητα «Αγρότες, Συνεργαζόμενοι Οργανισμοί και Χορηγοί» θα γίνονται δεκτές μετά από ταυτοποίηση των στοιχείων τους με τον φορέα που αναφέρεται στην δήλωση συμμετοχής.
- Η επίσημη γλώσσα του συνεδρίου είναι η ελληνική με ταυτόχρονη διερμηνεία στα αγγλικά.
- Για την είσοδο στο συνέδριο απαιτείται η επίδειξη του e-pass (διαπίστευσης) που θα αποσταλεί στο e–mail κάθε συνέδρου 1 εβδομάδα ενωρίτερα.
- Οι σύνεδροι πρέπει να κάνουν χρήση μάσκας καθόλη την διάρκεια παραμονής τους στους χώρους του συνεδρίου.
- Η διοργάνωση διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης του προγράμματος ενώ δεν ευθύνεται για ακυρώσεις ομιλητών εξαιτίας προσωπικών ή άλλων ατομικών τους δυσχερειών.
- H διοργάνωση δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για εισηγήσεις, παρεμβάσεις ή δηλώσεις ομιλητών ή συνέδρων, όπως επίσης για οποιαδήποτε αντιγραφή, αναδημοσίευση ή αναδιανομή των δηλώσεων αυτών από τρίτους.
- Η συμμετοχή στο συνέδριο προϋποθέτει την πλήρη αποδοχή και συναίνεση των συνέδρων ότι οι διοργανωτές έχουν το δικαίωμα της ελεύθερης λήψης, προβολής και δημοσίευσης φωτογραφιών, ήχου και βίντεο kαθόλη τη διάρκεια του γεγονότος και για
απεριόριστο χρονικό διάστημα από την ολοκλήρωση του.
