She was born on September 14, 1971, in Karditsa and grew up in Polyneri, Farsala. She has been married since 1995 to Vasileios Ntoulas, with whom she has two children. In 1989, she graduated from the 2nd General High School of Farsala. She studied at the School of Economics and Management KEPA, Department of Accounting and Information Systems in Athens. She is active in the city of Farsala, where she has operated an accounting office since 1992.
She is a certified Insurance Agent at the Distinguished level, exclusively collaborating with Ethniki Insurance, with certification and specialization in Investment Products for the past 25 years. She participated in further training programs by the educational organization LIMRA International to upgrade the role of insurance consultant within Ethniki Insurance’s corporate network. She holds a professional license as an accountant-tax consultant from the Economic Chamber of Greece. She has attended relevant seminars and workshops on topics related to management, finance, insurance, and international relations.
She first became involved in public affairs in 2010 when she ran as a candidate for municipal councilor in the city of Farsala. Subsequently, she was a candidate and elected as Regional Counselor with the initiative team of Regional Governor Dimitris Kouretas.
