I was born in Thessaloniki in 1995. I completed my basic studies in ’biochemistry and biotechnology’ (2017) with distinction in academic performance. Afterwards I followed a master’s degree in ‘’toxicology’’ (2019) and a PhD thesis in toxicology of free radicals (2023). I have published 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals (h-index 11). Since 2019, I have been running the spin off company from the University of Thessaly, FoodOxys.

FoodOxys is one of the companies of Elevate Greece and has also received funding from the UNI.FUND VC. Since 2022, I have been running also the spin-out company Olea Fortius which has developed a high phenolic feed supplement for the enrichment of animal nutrition. Finally, I have a co-authorship in the book entitled: ”Intermittent fasting and disease prevention”(2019).
