By submitting this application, applicants agree their participation to the AgriBusiness Forum (herein after ABF) includes 5 stages: the Masterclass, the Challenge, the social program, the conference and the field visit. Applicants fail to participate in any of them may be rejected by all ABF stages.
Με την υποβολή της παρούσας, οι υποψήφιοι συμφωνούν ότι η συμμετοχή τους στο AgriBusiness Forum (εφεξής ABF) συμπεριλαμβάνει 5 ενότητες: το Masterclass, τον Διαγωνισμό Καινοτομίας, τις κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις, το Συνέδριο αγροτεχνολογίας και την Επίσκεψη Πεδίου. Υποψήφιοι που αδυνατούν να συμμετέχουν σε κάποια από τις παραπάνω ενότητες ενδέχεται να απορριφθούν από το σύνολο της διοργάνωσης.

Οι υποψήφιοι δηλώνουν ότι όλες οι πληροφορίες που παρέχονται στην αίτηση συμμετοχής είναι ακριβείς. Συναινούν δε, ότι σε περίπτωση παροχής ελλειπών ή ψευδών πληροφοριών, η αίτησή θα απορρίπτεται αυτομάτως οποιαδήποτε στιγμή πριν ή κατά την διεξαγωγή της διοργάνωσης.

Applicants understand that the Masterclass may be in English and declare they have sufficient speaking-reading and writing capacity in English.

Applicants understand,consent and agree their personal data and company information shall be used solely by ABF designated personnel and partners about assessing their entry, participation and attendance of the Masterclass and the Challenge. Above information will be not endorsed or distributed to third parties other than those referred above.
Οι αιτούντες ρητά συμφωνούν και αποδέχονται την χρήση και επεξεργασία των ατομικών και εταιρικών τους πληροφοριών και δεδομένων από το ABF και τους επιστημονικούς του εταίρους, για την αξιολόγηση συμμετοχής τους στο Masterclass, στον Διαγωνισμό Καινοτομίας και στο Συνέδριο. Οι πληροφορίες αυτές δεν θα διαβιβασθούν καθοιονδήποτε τρόπο και σε οιονδήποτε τρίτο πέραν όσων αναφέρονται παραπάνω.

Applicants accept their company logo, bios and photos will be used for ABF website, digital and/or printing materials anytime prior, during and after the event.
Οι υποψήφιοι δηλώνουν ρητά, συναινούν και αποδέχονται ότι τα σήματα, λογότυπα, βιογραφικά, ατομικές φωτογραφίες και το φωτογραφικό/ψηφιακό υλικό από τη συμμετοχή τους στο ABF, είναι ελεύθερα χρήσης από το ABF για την ιστοσελίδα, τα ψηφιακά, τα έντυπα μέσα και υλικά οποιαδήποτε στιγμή πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια, και μετά το πέρας της διοργάνωσης.

Applicants accept, consent and authorize ABF for free photo and/or record (voice and image) shooting throughout the event. They furthermore agree at personally appearing into this material for further promotional or scientific reasons, free of any charge, and for unlimited amount of time.
Η συμμετοχή σε οποιαδήποτε ενότητα του ABF προϋποθέτει την αποδοχή και συναίνεση οιουδήποτε, ότι οι διοργανωτές έχουν το δικαίωμα της ελεύθερης λήψης, προβολής και δημοσίευσης φωτογραφιών, ήχου και βίντεο, τόσο στη διάρκεια του γεγονότος, όσο και για απεριόριστο χρονικό διάστημα από την ολοκλήρωση του, χωρίς καμία οικονομική ή άλλη υποχρέωση από πλευράς ABF.

Applicants accept their application does not guarantee acceptance for participation to the Masterclass, the Challenge or the AgriBusiness Forum.
Οι αιτούντες αποδέχονται ότι η υποβολή της παρούσας αίτησης, δεν συνιστά επ΄ουδενί την αποδοχή από πλευράς ABF της συμμετοχής τους στο Εκπαιδευτικό Εργαστήριο, στον Διαγωνισμό Καινοτομίας ή/και σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη ενότητα της διοργάνωσης.

Applicants should consider their intellectual property rights (patent, design, trademark). Applicants are advised to visit the www.obi.gr or www.epo.org (the Greek and the European Patent Offices) and start a process of protecting their rights.
Οι αιτούντες οφείλουν με ατομική τους ευθύνη να επιληφθούν σχετικά με δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας (ευρεσιτεχνίες, επιχειρησιακά μοντέλα, εμπορικά σήματα κά). Το ABF παροτρύνει τους αιτούντες να επισκεφτούν τα www.obi.gr ή www.epo.org (ελληνικές και ευρωπαϊκές αρχές ευρεσιτεχνίας αντίστοιχα) για την διαδικασία προστασίας και κατοχύρωσης των ανωτέρω.
